Integrity from the Latin “integritas” meaning whole or complete, is the concept of consistency of actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations and outcomes.

In western ethics it is regarded as having an intuitive sense of honesty and truthfulness with regards to your motives.

It can be regarded as the opposite of hypocrisy as it requires internal consistency as a virtue, and suggests that parties holding conflicting values should account for the discrepancy or alter their beliefs.

Cognition, from the Latin “cognition” refers to the mental process of knowing; including aspects of awareness, perception, intuition, knowledge, reasoning, and judgment.

Cognitive potential is the ability to acquire knowledge or skill: the ability to learn.

Assessing cognitive ability and learning potential is more comprehensive than simply measuring IQ because it reflects the mental ability in actual use, as well as the latent part or potential to develop and grow.

Integrity Assessments

Personality from the Latin  “persona”, refers to the combination of characteristics or qualities that form an individual’s uniqueness.  It arises from within and remains fairly consistent throughout life.

Personality is not temperament or character.  Where temperament usually refers to aspects present at birth or early childhood and is presumed to have a biological origin, character usually refers to those personal attributes that relate to moral conduct, self-control and integrity.
